Singapore delivery

Equipment ordered for delivery within Singapore is typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. A tracking reference will be shared once your order ships.

Studio & partner pickup

You may also arrange to collect your order in person at our Macpherson Road studio, or at select retail partner locations — let us know your preference when ordering.

Regional & international orders

For orders to Thailand, China or other locations, shipping timelines and costs vary by destination and product. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility, freight cost and estimated delivery time.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a resolution.
