Trial sessions

Your first hydrogen inhalation trial is complimentary — no payment, no refund applicable.

Therapy packages

Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of purchase, less any sessions already used and any promotional discount applied. Contact us to request a package refund.

Equipment purchases

• Unopened, unused equipment may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less any delivery costs.
• Opened or used equipment is covered under the manufacturer's warranty rather than a refund, except where required by law.
• Custom or bulk orders for clinics and wellness centers may be subject to a separate agreement.

How to request a refund

Email info@h2hubwellness.com with your order or booking details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Faulty equipment

If your equipment arrives faulty or develops a fault covered under warranty, contact us for a repair, replacement or refund in line with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
